Damyth Creator Terms
Version 2026-09-25-v1 · Published 2026-09-25 05:58:38 UTC · Effective 2026-09-25 05:58:42 UTC. Immutable version
These Creator Terms describe participation in Damyth as a creator: applying for membership, submitting designs, working with manufacturing suppliers and receiving eligible creator earnings. Read them together with the Customer Terms and Privacy Notice. Item-specific accepted commercial arrangements contain the pricing and production terms for the relevant item.
1. Becoming a creator
Creator participation starts with a Damyth account. Applying to become a creator is separate from ordinary customer membership. Provide the information requested by the application process and follow its review status. Damyth may approve or reject an application; approval grants creator membership.
Approval does not guarantee that a submission will be published, that a supplier will accept it, or that it will generate sales or earnings. Damyth does not automatically exclude minors; participation remains subject to the requirements applicable to the activity.
2. Accepting Creator Terms
Creator Terms acceptance is separate from Customer Terms acceptance and Privacy Notice acknowledgement. Explicitly accept the current Creator Terms where the application or another authorized acceptance process requires it. If the version changes before submission, review and confirm the new version.
Damyth retains the version and record of acceptance. Membership, a previous application or continued access does not itself record acceptance of a new version. A required renewed acceptance must be completed explicitly; it is not created on your behalf.
3. Your creator profile
Provide accurate profile and application information and keep relevant details up to date. Your creator identity, profile and published item information may appear with your items or storefront so customers can identify the creator.
Review information intended for public display and avoid including unnecessary private information. Approval or a visible profile does not represent a guarantee that Damyth has independently verified every claim or credential.
4. Designs and submissions
Use Damyth's available tools to submit customizable designs or items, including the requested artwork, descriptions and production information. Available formats, options and review steps depend on the item.
A submission does not guarantee approval, publication, manufacture or sales. Damyth may request changes or decline material that does not meet platform or production requirements. Follow the current revision and review process rather than assuming that an uploaded change is immediately live.
5. Artwork and appropriate rights
Submit artwork, graphics, logos, trademarks and other creative material only when you have the appropriate rights or permission for its intended use on Damyth, including display, customization and manufacture where applicable. Complete the originality or rights declaration shown in the submission process accurately.
A preview, technical approval or publication is not verification of intellectual-property ownership. Damyth may restrict or remove material that appears unauthorized, unlawful or incompatible with the platform or production process. Do not use another person's material merely because it is available online.
6. Manufacturing suppliers
Creating or publishing a design does not by itself make you the manufacturer of the physical product. The relevant manufacturing supplier prepares, manufactures and dispatches orders within its authorized scope. Some items are supplier-owned and have no separate creator.
An account may have both creator and supplier memberships. Each role retains its own access and responsibilities; creator membership alone does not grant supplier authority.
7. Selecting a supplier
Where supported, you may select an eligible manufacturing supplier or choose Let Damyth Help Me Choose. Supplier eligibility and availability can change. Review the request status and use the available communication tools for clarification.
Sending a request is not an assignment and does not guarantee acceptance. Any supported change of supplier must follow the applicable workflow; these Terms do not promise unrestricted switching or reassignment.
8. Supplier response and manufacturing relationship
The selected supplier may accept or decline an eligible request. When acceptance is completed through Damyth, the platform records the manufacturing relationship for that item or project.
Request acceptance is separate from a final commercial agreement, production readiness and publication. It does not itself guarantee an immediate production start or a customer order.
9. Commercial proposals
After supplier acceptance, the applicable workflow allows commercial proposals covering production pricing and creator-related amounts. Review the scope, quantities or price tiers, production basis and other terms actually shown.
A proposal is not an accepted agreement merely because it has been drafted or sent. Use the proposal's response controls to accept, decline or request a supported change. An ordinary message does not substitute for the required commercial acceptance.
10. Accepted commercial arrangements
For a supplier-origin proposal, your acceptance of the exact current version completes the applicable commercial agreement recorded by Damyth. Where a creator-origin pricing update is supported, the supplier must accept it through the corresponding workflow. The required agreement is bilateral; drafting a change or accepting an obsolete version does not complete it.
Damyth preserves the accepted version and commercial record. Accepted terms provide the item-specific pricing basis when applicable readiness and activation requirements are met. Agreement acceptance alone does not satisfy every publication condition.
Later supported changes use a new proposal and acceptance process. They do not rewrite the prices, allocations, artwork or supplier/creator linkage recorded for a committed purchase.
11. Pricing and creator earnings
Creator earnings arise from the applicable accepted commercial arrangement and actual qualifying sales. The creator amount is not necessarily the full amount paid by a customer. Customer pricing may also include production, fabric, Damyth fees, discounts and applicable shipping.
There is no universal fixed creator commission or guaranteed income under these Terms. Review the relevant agreement, sale and earning details rather than assuming that all items have the same commercial terms.
12. When earnings become available
An earning may initially be pending or held while fulfillment, protection or resolution requirements remain outstanding. Recorded delivery alone does not guarantee available earnings. Damyth's current ordinary protection process uses 42 hours from the recorded delivery or receipt for the relevant supplier order group; an unresolved Issue opened in time can continue to hold settlement after that period expires.
New qualifying earnings handled by Damyth's current release workflow are automatically credited to the creator balance after the required checks. Some historical eligible earnings may still use Move to Balance. Do not assume that every new earning requires a manual transfer or that an earning already credited should be transferred again.
Follow the earning and balance status. A pending earning, released earning, wallet credit and completed withdrawal are different stages.
13. Cancellations, Issues, refunds and adjustments
The underlying order can affect your earnings. An applicable cancellation, refund, unresolved Issue or financial adjustment may hold, reduce, reverse or make an earning unavailable. Full and partial outcomes are different; an approved or processing refund is not necessarily a completed refund.
Where an amount was already credited, a later outcome may require a recorded adjustment or recovery through Damyth's applicable accounting process. This is not an automatic penalty or unrestricted forfeiture of earnings. Full Replacement is not another customer sale and does not create a second earning for the same original sale.
The platform's protection window does not mean that every legal right or remedy ends at that deadline. See the Order Issues & Refunds policy for the current order process.
14. Creator balance
Damyth maintains records of creator earnings, wallet credits, reservations, withdrawals and applicable adjustments. The creator wallet is a platform accounting record, not a bank account.
Available balance can differ from total historical earnings because amounts may be pending, reserved, withdrawn or adjusted. Wallet credit is not an external payment to your bank or other payout destination. Check the recorded transactions if an amount appears inconsistent and contact Damyth about discrepancies.
15. Requesting a withdrawal
You may request withdrawal of eligible available balance through the supported creator withdrawal process. Complete its verification steps, including an email verification code where required, and review the amount and destination before submitting.
A valid withdrawal request sets aside the requested amount so it is no longer available for another withdrawal. When the withdrawal is completed, that same amount is not charged to available balance again. An eligible rejected or cancelled request releases the reserved amount through the applicable process.
A submitted request is not a completed payout. Follow its recorded status; successful creator withdrawal completion is shown as Paid. These Terms do not promise a fixed approval or payout time.
16. Withdrawal details and records
Provide accurate payout destination and contact information and maintain access to your sign-in and verification email. Do not share verification codes. If details are wrong, use the available support or correction process rather than submitting conflicting requests.
Damyth may retain withdrawal details, verification and payment-proof records for operational, security, financial and other applicable recordkeeping purposes. The Privacy Notice describes information handling. No fixed retention period or automatic deletion on withdrawal completion is promised here.
17. Customer and order information
Use customer or order information available to you only for the legitimate task permitted by your role. Creator access may include relevant sales references, project communications and earnings information; it does not automatically include shipping addresses, private production files or customer Issue evidence available to a manufacturing supplier.
Do not seek access through another person's account, disclose unrelated customer information or use it for unrelated marketing. Holding both roles does not remove the need for the appropriate access for each task.
18. Communications
Use Damyth's available creator, supplier and order communication tools responsibly. Provide useful, relevant information and respond through the controls appropriate to the project or request.
Ordinary messages do not by themselves accept commercial terms, publish an item, cancel an order or open a formal Issue. Where a structured action is required, use that action and check the resulting status.
19. Publication and changes
Creator membership does not automatically make every submission public. Publication depends on the current creator publication workflow, supplier and commercial readiness, production requirements and applicable review or availability controls.
Use the appropriate workflow for artwork, item information, media and production changes. Pricing acceptance is not artwork approval, and an artwork revision does not itself replace the commercial agreement. Publication and later edits do not replace the recorded evidence for existing committed purchases.
20. Restrictions
Damyth may reasonably restrict creator access, submissions, publication or marketplace actions for security, fraud prevention, rights concerns, policy compliance, operational needs or platform integrity. Follow the recorded status and available instructions or contact Damyth if clarification is needed.
A restriction does not automatically forfeit earnings or erase existing order, commercial or financial obligations. Those matters remain subject to their applicable workflows and records.
21. Deactivation and outstanding matters
Account deactivation or loss of an applicable permission may prevent further access or actions. Deactivation is not the same as deleting every record or ending every outstanding responsibility.
Existing order, commercial, financial, communication and acceptance records may remain where needed for the applicable process and recordkeeping. Use the available account and privacy-request channels for questions about your information.
22. Limited beta
Creator tools and workflows may evolve during Damyth's limited beta. Availability, selection and eligibility can change, and participation does not guarantee future functionality or earnings.
Changes to the platform do not casually rewrite accepted commercial arrangements or recorded purchase evidence. Continue to use the applicable workflow for existing projects and obligations. Initial beta does not include outside supplier onboarding.
23. Changes to these Terms
Creator Terms are versioned. Damyth may require renewed explicit acceptance of a new version where applicable. Review the current version presented by the acceptance process; historical membership is not acceptance of a later document.
A new version does not silently overwrite earlier accepted text or create retroactive acceptance. Keep the distinction between these Creator Terms and the separate commercial arrangements for an item.
24. Contact
Contact Damyth at support@damyth.com. This is the designated support address; the public support channel is being prepared for beta. No support hours or response-time guarantee is stated here.
For an existing project or order, use the relevant available platform tools and consult Help & Contact. General contact does not replace a required formal Issue or commercial response.
