Production & Shipping

Many Damyth items are made to order. Paying for an order does not mean manufacturing starts immediately: preparation, production and shipping are separate stages.

Made to order

The manufacturing supplier produces and ships your items. A creator may design or publish an item; other items come directly from suppliers without a separate creator. Preparation or clarification may be needed before active manufacturing begins.

Understanding production time

When a duration is shown in working days, it follows the supplier’s working-day schedule, not a universal Monday–Friday calendar. Larger quantities may need additional production time or cycles.

Production duration

The supplier’s normal manufacturing time once production begins. Preparation, clarification, queue waiting and shipping time are separate.

Queue wait

Additional waiting before manufacturing because other work is ahead of your order. Queue position may change as orders become ready for production.

Production demand and queues

Capacity information is advisory, based on the supplier’s production profile and current workload. It helps explain demand; it is not a stock count, a reserved slot or a guaranteed ready or delivery date. A full production cycle alone does not mean orders cannot be placed.

You may see normal demand, an active queue, high demand or an extended wait. “Timing being confirmed” means production timing is not yet available. Normal demand does not promise an immediate start.

For an extended wait, checkout may ask you to acknowledge the additional waiting before placing your order. This confirms you have seen the information; it does not waive customer rights.

From production to delivery

  1. Order placed

Your order goes through the applicable payment and preparation steps.

  2. In Production

The manufacturing supplier is making the items.

  3. Ready to Ship

Production is complete and the order is awaiting dispatch.

  4. Shipped

The supplier has dispatched the order. Shipping or transit time is separate from manufacturing time.

  5. Delivered

Delivery or receipt has been recorded, rather than just production completion.

Multiple suppliers and shipping charges

Items made by different suppliers may be produced and shipped separately. Each supplier group can have its own status and tracking information. Checkout groups shipping charges by the applicable supplier/shipping group; review the displayed charges and total before paying.

Tracking, delays and getting help

Check Orders for status updates and tracking information when available from the supplier or carrier. Timing shown is guidance based on current information, not a guaranteed arrival date. Workload, preparation, manufacturing or transit delays can affect it.

Use order messaging for routine questions. Reporting a formal Issue is a separate action: follow the instructions and eligibility shown on your order. For problems, cancellations, refunds or replacements, read the existing Order Issues & Refunds policy.
